Job Description
- To handle walk-ins and telephonic enquiries at the ITESKUL
- Doing regular follow up of all leads generated from online and offline sources.
- Conversion of Inquiry to Admissions
- Fees Collection and Updation in records
- To update all data in excel sheets and online ERP
- To co-ordinate with students and handling queries.
- Responsibility to arrange in house & college seminar to create awareness about our products and courses.
- Promotional activities for awareness for ITESKUL courses and ensuring successful completion of Enquiry to Admission.
- Scheduling the batches for various courses offered by ITESKUL
- Ensuring maintaining & tracking enquiry / business related reports.
