Job Description
- Designation: Education Counsellor
- Experience: 00 months-3 years
- Education: Any Graduate / Under
Graduate, Any Specialization.
- Gender: Female
- Location: Mulund
- Good presentation & communication skills required.
- Need to be a Team Player and should be presentable.
- Responsible for operation processes and formalities at the centre.
- Counselling of all walk-ins and
effective follow up with prospects.
- Mentor students through resolving queries and other problems.
- Map students requirements and offer appropriate course offered by CANBERRA.
- Ensure healthy growth in enrolments by achieving the Monthly Targets. (Targets
at CANBERRA are TEAM TARGET)
- Address and resolve students concern or queries if any.
- Responsible for entire student enrolment cycle: Prospecting, Counselling, Admission, Support,
Satisfaction, Retention and Productive Output
- Functions: Prospective student counselling,
Maintain Student relations, Office administration
- 5 days working.

- Good communication is required in English, Hindi and Marathi.
