Job Description

Responsibilities

Identify online or physical tutors and build relationships according to business plan
Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all related issues quickly and effectively
Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. engineers, BD, marketing team) to address their needs

Requirements

At least two year of sales, marketing or customer service experience in education institutes or internet companies
Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in any domain, preferably education or Internet and telecom sectors
Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
Teamwork, good to have exposure to analytics & report management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Effective reading and
writing English communication skills, Hindi language and/or other Indian language)
Problem-solving attitude, analytical, listening and organizational skills
BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
