Job Description
- You will be working closely with our content management and development team to create high-quality training materials that will be used for B2B and B2C sales. You will be required to Research and Develop curriculum as per industry needs and requirements
- Build in-house competency in your field of expertise
- Work on in-house design, development and research projects
- Participate in course planning and scheduling
- Making sure that the course is digitized in a timely manner
- Conducting tool tests and mock interviews for students enrolled in our Master Programs
- Recruit and train engineers for the engineering support team
- Work actively with the web development team to build new features in the existing Learning Management System
- Establish a Continuous Improvement Program to consistently improve the quality of content that you are responsible for
- Establish industry connect to recruit industry experts on a contract basis
Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a design & development engineer
- Hands-on experience with Electric & Hybrid electric vehicle subsystems: Motor, Power converter & Battery
- Expertise in modelling & simulation with MATLAB & Semolina
- Comfortable with design tools such as ANSYS and Latium
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for teaching-learning
- Educational qualification: Master degree in engineering from a reputed institute

Having successfully executed BOP contracts, it has begun to focus on Engineering, Procurement and Construction ('EPC') contracts, in which it Design, Engineer and Supply all of the equipment required for a Power Plant including the Boiler, Turbine and Generator and Civil works. The Company is currently executing BOP and EPC contracts tailored to customer demands.
The Company consists of five complementary businesses, including:
Power Projects business, which provides turnkey EPC and BOP services for coal-based Thermal Power Plants and Gas-based Combined Cycle Power Plants typically over 100 megawatts ('MW'), and which completed its first contract in 2008
Oil and Gas Equipments business, which designs and manufactures gas conditioning & metering skids, storage tanks, pipeline pig launching & receiving systems, gas processing complexes and gas compressor packages related to the oil and gas industry for companies in India and abroad, and which began operating in 2008
Air Fin Coolers business, which designs and manufactures Air Fin Coolers which cool process fluids and gases used in the refining, petrochemical, and oil and gas industries, and which began operating in 2008
Environmental Engineering business, which designs manufactures and provides Deaerators, Desalination plants, Water treatment plants and Effluent treatment plants, which have application in Power and Process plants and other Industrial plants, and which began operating in 2008
Electrical Projects business, which designs supplies Electrical systems and equipment such as Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) substations, Optical Fiber Power Ground Wires (OPGW), Extra High Voltage substations and Transmission Lines to Power Stations, Refineries and Petrochemical plants, and which began operating in 2009
