About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Designing motors to meet overall company's goals and meeting customers requirement
2. Studying and acquiring the latest trends and technologies in motor design to keep pace with the competition
3. Managing the team and ensuring required training is imparted to them to meet job requirements
4. Documenting manufacturing processes and QAP to ensure quality
5. Following the quality system and improving it as required
6. Leading, coordinating, and executing the electrical motor design
7. Performing complex design analysis
8. Implementing engineering changes
9. Planning & implementing test or development programs
10. Staying abreast of new technology and competitive products

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 4 Lac/annum
