Job Description
- Providing customer support and issue resolution to email queries via E-mail and following up on it if not addressed immediately.
- Providing refund services for all cancellation of bus tickets within specified timelines.
- Delivering world-class customer service and build customer delight and loyalty.
- Providing end to end solution to customer issue/complaints within specified timelines
- Maintaining daily reports by tracking all service requests.
- Identify customer trends and highlights them to the team lead
