Job Description
- The Electronics/Embedded Engineer serves as a member of a team of Engineers that is engaged in Research and Development .
- Reporting to the Team Manager/ Project Manager. In this role, the candidate is expected to have the following technical qualifications:B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electronics/ Electrical / Mechatronics / Robotics / preferred, Bachelors degree with appropriate additional years of experience is also acceptable.
- Knowledge in designing electronic systems (using circuit analysis/synthesis tools) required.
- Knowledge participating in research on robotic related technologies in order to create new robotic systems including experience with motion control of robots is highly desired.
- Familiarity with 3D printing for creating robotic components is a plus.
- Proven programming skills in one or more high-level languages (C/C++, Python.)Knowledge in Hardware/Software design using MCU 16/32 Bits (NXP/ATMEL/TI/ST)Knowledge of communication protocols like SPI , I2C, UART , CAN Knowledge of internet of things
- Familiarity/experience in Analog/Digital/Mixed Signals circuit design
- Experience/familiarity with Localization methods, Mapping, and Image Processing as applied to control and operations of robots.
- Knowledge developing sensing and perception systems for real-world applications. Experience with computer vision, sensor fusion, LIDAR/radar, calibration, point cloud processing a strong plus.
- Knowledge with analysis and design using MATLAB/SIMULINK and controlling/programming robots using Robot Operating System (ROS) highly desired.
