Job Description
We are looking for Customer engagement specialist (Female candidates preferred)for our Bangalore location (Kasturi Nagar) who will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our Learner Management Team.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Managing calls from Doctors and address their queries.
- Managing email support for doctors and clients within the defined SLA
- Developing the knowledge of customer needs and trends to improve customer satisfaction
- Develop an understanding of the medical courses offered
- Present frequent reports on activities.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced high volume inbound/outbound call center and strong customer services skills are required.
- Ability to understand and articulate medical terminology and technology is preferred.
- Excellent attendance & punctuality is essential.
- Ability to problem solve and independently deescalate difficult calls by recognizing/investigating the issue and asking the appropriate questions.
- Excellent fluency in English and Hindi.
- Ability to adapt to change and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
