Development of process models to simulate plant productions processes predominantly in the Global engineering Center (GEC) but also at the locations of our partners, factory acceptance test support, commissioning on site.
Good experience and process knowledge in minimum one branch in design and implement process models for the simulation for automation processes. Siemens SIMIT is the tool for the engineering of the process model which enables a process simulation as in the real plant in contractual agreed tolerances for defined loads and transients. The simulation of processes allows an early verification of the automation concept and reduces costs and time on site. In addition, the simulator can be used for training of staff to ensure the right reaction in emergency situations and also for the verification of optimization concepts of the operating plant before site modification. Availability and shutdown periods of the plant can be minimized. Target focused delivering the design in time according schedule. Always ensuring highest quality of the engineering. Self-reflection and self-verification of the work done. Openly discussions of deviations and ambiguities. Ensuring the requested functionality in the simplest way for easy understanding.
What You Need To Make Real What Matters

• More than 4 years of experience as project engineer in relevant process domain.
• Expert level process experience and knowledge in the branches of Pharmaceuticals / Lifesciences Chemical and Petrochemical.
• DCS Systems: PCS7 engineering, SPPA-T3000 engineering, testing and commissioning expertise testing and commissioning expertise .
• SCADA Systems: Simatic S7, TIA & WinCC engineering, testing and commissioning expertise.
• Engineering tools: COMOS Software engineering, PCS7 Plant Automation Accelerator, SIDEC, SPPA-T3000 + VMware Virtualization.
• Batch processes: Simatic batch engineering, testing and commissioning expertise.
  

Good self-integration in international project teams. Easy adaption of European US and/or Middle east working styles. Social integration in the Host Countries. Self driven, self challenging working style, taking ownership and solution oriented.
Excellent English language skills not slang colored.
Interested in traveling, visited already countries preferred in Europe and/or North America.
