Job Description
Board plant shift performance in terms of safety, Reliability improvement and contract manpower management
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring safety of people working in respective areas like paper, mixer, inlet and outlet
- Ensuring safety while doing maintenance activities
- SCADA operation
- Maintaining quality parameters of board
- Giving inputs for board plant reliability improvement
- Giving inputs for board plant stops reduction
- Participation in WCM for improvement activities
- Close monitoring of process parameters
- Data collection for usages of raw materials
- Manpower management
- Ensuring 5S in his area
- Ready to learn and handle shift engineer responsibilities
Educational Qualification:
- The
ideal candidate should preferably Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical
