Job Description
Role Summary:Drive Sizing - OTR - Engineering & Project execution
Lead Engineer, Site Survey, Coordination with Customer & Supplier
Essential Responsibilities: Component sizing - Specification,GA,Schematics/ BOM / Project co-ordination & support
Understand product/ project specs and realize customer requirements to Deliverable within
Budget / Timeline
Prepare , Validate & release project / design documents Support Manufacturing & Vendor coordination Document functional test requirements and conduct test according to applicable standards (UL/
IEC etc.…) /conduct project FAT’s.
May require to travel for Project support / commissioning as required
Qualifications/Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor or Master Degree in Power Electronics or Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
10+ years of Electrical or Power electronics design & testing expertise for industrial drives and
its related components
Preferred experience/knowledge in Electrical design / Simulation tools like AUTOCAD / E-Plan
and Teamcentre /SAP
In-depth knowledge of motors /drive control Systems.
Desired Characteristics: Self Starter & Shall Lead the Change - Ability to energize teams and perceives change as an
opportunity
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrate ability to work effectively within and between teams and as Individual Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse and highly matrix environment.
