Engineer I- Site Development Jobs in Aligarh - Civilitude

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical design of civil engineering projects from planning through completion.
  
• Estimate workload to establish completion dates.
  
• Site Development  Design of projects in the Residential, Commercial and School sectors.
  
• Complete various civil site and municipal engineering, research, report preparation and technical specifications.
  
• Responsible for engineering duties in challenging and diversified projects 
  
• Responsible for managing work effort within the project team to ensure project work is completed on schedule and within allocated budget.
  
• Independently coordinate the work of engineers, designers/draft persons within the team.
  
• Capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects and clients.
  
• Effectively coordinate with Civilitude’s team of engineers in US on a daily basis.
  
• Contribute to the training and development of technical staff.
  

QUALIFICATIONS - ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor of Technology or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  
• This position demands an individual with a strong detail-oriented work style, excellent oral and written communication skills, and an accommodating and proactive attitude.
  
• Applicants must have moderate experience with AutoCAD software.
  
• Understanding of basic Civil Engineering concepts is a must.
  
• The ability to identify work priorities, and function with very little supervision.
  
• Proficiency with Outlook and MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is necessary. 
  
• Candidates must have strong detail-oriented work style and an accommodating and proactive attitude.
  
• Must be capable of independent and team work environments.
  
• Candidate must be flexible to working overtime as required with little or no notice.
  
• Self-motivated and high level of energy. 
  
• Experience with Illustrator and Photoshop preferred.
