Essential: A) Must hold certificate of Inland Engineers under IV act Or MEO ClassIV issued by DG Shipping, Govt. of India or Equivalent cert. from other country recognised by DG shipping B) Should have 5 years of experience in operation and maintenances of Tug and Floating crafts .
