Job Description
Scope of Responsibilities:
S/he will be responsible for:
- Responsible for planning, making estimates, giving layout, technical supervision of the progress and supporting in filling up of measurement book of NREGS works especially land and water works with the participation of various stakeholders
- Building perspective of the stakeholders on watershed concepts and principles, measures to improve hydrology and livelihoods of local communities, climate resilient infrastructure to support agriculture-based livelihoods
- Capacity building of stakeholders
- Support duty bearers of Panchayats and the community in the preparation of the DPRs, various documents related to the opening of work opening, completion etc.
- Support establish healthy working relationships with all relevant Stakeholders- Government agencies/PRIs and rural communities
- Support rural community to make plans for livelihood enhancement and intervene accordingly
- Ensure compliance with Systems and Processes, timely progress reporting, MIS entry
- Any other relevant responsibility
- The selected person shall report to the Team Coordinator of the team in which S/He is placed.
- Place of posting: In the blocks of Betul, Mandla, Dindori, Balaghat, Shahdol, Sidhi and Singrauli with the PRADAN teams where the project is being undertaken

PRADAN is initiating works on natural resource management using NREGS funds as Cluster facilitation Teams in partnership with all relevant stakeholders. PRADAN requires engineers to support such works. PRADAN seeks applications for the position of Engineer-Natural Resource Management to support the project teams.
