Short Description
- Prototype parts development in Forging & Machining category to cater the need of new model vehicles & upgrade existing models Motorcycle & Scooters as per project requirement.
- Identification & evaluation of neutral source for Proto parts development.
- Proto parts development through neutral source & existing vendors for cost finalization, technical support & quality verification. Meeting & follow up of parts within the Proto Management to meet the project schedule
Key Responsibilities:
- New Model Proto parts Development Forging & Machining
- Benchmarking.
- Lead “People Development & Team Management” in Functional competency & behaviour aspect
Key Challenges:
- Prototype parts development within project time line.
- Complete Forging and Machining parts development through Proto route.
- Arrange inspected parts within project scheduled time.
