Educational Qualifications - B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
Experience range - 4-8 years
Experience Profile:
Essential:
- Minium 3 years of core experience in Design / Development of Body Exterior parts and systems with OEM/Tier 1.
- Good knowledge in designing Body Exterior parts like Head / Tail Lamps, Font / rear fascia, Fog lamp with chrome bezel, Trunk gate, Chrome surround, MIC grill and product validation.
- Working knowledge in UG NX and Team Center.
- Knowledge of Vehicle Body parts.
- Strong hands on experience in Plastic Product design /Sheet metal design ,Manufacturing. GD&T
- Hands on Competitive Benchmarking. Vehicle Studies. Packaging, VA/VE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering). Idea Generation / Implementation, Total Cost reduction.
- Positive attitude. Flexible & Willing to learn and implement fast.
- Team player ,Good leadership with Team Building skills.
- Effective interactions with Engineers/Suppliers & Internal to understand/generate/implement the Cost Reducing Ideas.
- Personal Attributes - Good presentation and communication skills.
