- To improve the MTTR, MTBF for the critical equipments of Engine Room & ensure the maintenance schedules are followed in terms of frequency and duration Increase in Uptime
- To improve the reliability of critical area Packaged unit
- Reduction BD & maintain spears
- Energy consumption reduction in ER
- To reduce energy consumption in refrigeration
- Optimizing use of Reynolds/Voltas chiller in caustic chilling.
- To monitor maintenance cost on regular basis
- Reduction in maintenance Cost Major Maintenance -51.00/Year
- Reduction in maintenance Cost Normal Maintenance -3/month
- To increase reliability of equipment and to reduce cost
- To Manage Manpower deployment
- Man power Optimization
- To initiate study of life cycle value of 1 equipment and take steps to improve the same.
- To improve life cycle value
Qualifications: BE Mechanical
Minimum Experience Level: 3 - 5 Years
