Job Description
1. Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
2. Assist with troubleshooting issues with equipment like printers, computers and servers and provide technical support
3. Organize and maintain Internal assets troubleshooting
4. Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management
5. Answer phone inquiries, direct calls of employees, oversee mail deliveries of assets, etc.
6. Manage vendors
7. Manage databases and input information, data, and records

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 2nd Sep'20 and 7th Oct'20
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Must be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate-level degree in business, communications or computer-related field
2. Minimum of six months' work experience with computer desktop support in a networked environment for a small to mid-sized organization
3. A basic understanding of computer network cabling and network file and print services
4. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
5. Must have their own vehicle
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 3 Lac/annum
