- Location - Nagpur
- Job Requirement - Responsible for engineering management, project management, scheduling and release/delivery management as a people manager
- Responsible for engineering road map and engineering execution from conceptualization to delivery
- Responsible for people management with responsibilities like leading, managing, coaching, mentoring, team building, hiring, appraisals, change management etc.
- B. Tech / M. Tech degree in Computer Science or significant relevant experience.
- Should have 8+ years of experience in software development (with at least couple of years of experience of leading people and managing deliveries).
- Should have hands on experience working on a full-stack web project with LAMP architecture
- Should have excellent computer science fundamentals and a good understanding of architecture, design and performance.
- Should be able to review code to make it reliable, maintainable, secure, performance-optimized, multi-platform and world-ready.
