Job Description
Applications are invited from the Retired Engineers of TANGEDCO not below the rank of Chief Engineers for nomination to the post of Appadurai Chair for Power Systems at Anna University, Chennai-25.
The objective of the chair is to promote Industry-Institute collaboration, relevant research work in important aspects of Power System Engineering with special emphasis on Thermal Power plant operation,
maintenance, instrumentation and control. The Chair must also establish active interaction between TANGEDCO and Anna University.
The appointment will be made for one year and it is likely to be extended for two more years based on performance.
A consolidated pay of Rs.30, 000 per month will be paid as per norms.
