Job Description
- Organize, maintain and manage the class.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good teaching skills, techniques and ability to handle students' diverse temperaments.
- Command over the English language is a must (Reading, writing, speaking)
- Well groomed personality.
- Capable of delivering knowledge to students and to enhance confidence and Personality of the candidates.
- Should be capable of conducting group discussions and Role plays in order to develop confidence in students to speak.
- Develop and implement lesson plans and classroom activities inconsistent with the student management issues.
- Conduct group training sessions.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other staff members.
- Integrate special lesson plans with core academic curriculum.
- Design and develop appropriate instructional material.
- Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline with excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Candidate must have Passion for teaching Spoken English, Soft Skills and Communication.
