This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As an Enterprise Data Architect-Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for:
- You will be responsible to conceptualize and drive development of business ontologies and logical data models for Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics division
- You will support backlog of use cases and partner with multiple internal functions and technology centers to design and implement digital solutions
- You will define and organize the work into Agile-Scrum methodology to deliver data architecture backlog
- You will be a key stakeholder in data governance and data management activities

- Experience working with data modeling tools (RDF, OWL, ontologies, etc)
- Practical understanding of how to design and implement data architecture to support digitalization including analytics & automation
- Broad understanding of analytics architecture topics from data source to consumption
- Experience with Enterprise Data (ERP, CRM), Data Lake, Power BI, Qlik, Snowflake, Databricks(Python / Scala), Spark, and/or similar solutions
- Experience working in Agile-Scrum framework and Azure DevOps
- Collaborate with other business areas data architects to drive, build and maintain the global DX universal Ontology/Semantic
- Federate data models across Business areas into a single DX Data model
- Publish and maintain data models
- Classify and organize data sources (knowledge graph, data fabric, etc.)
- Drive mitigation of Data issues (sourcing, quality, etc.)
- Defend a global DX Data architecture vision
- Identify and drive resolution of missing links between domains
- Reviews data structures and designs
Required skills to have for the success of this role
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience within Data Modeling, Data Architecture, and/or Data Engineering role(s)
- You are data minded & data privacy / data security focused
- You are required to develop broad and solid knowledge of the core business domains and processes for full scope of Laboratory Diagnostics and Point of Care business and products
- You are able and willing to explore and evaluate advanced data modeling and architecture solutions for business use case application
- You have excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
- You work effectively in global, multi-cultural teams
- You will have a broad understanding of digital strategy and the tools/technologies that make-up the Enterprise Architecture
- You will have deep professional know-how and experience in data architecture within enterprise.
- You will have technical capability to use advanced tools for sampling and data exploration
- Solid professional judgment and problem-solving competence. Improves existing processes and
- approaches with a continuous improvement approach.
- Experience with SAP ERP and/or other core business applications required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience working in a manufacturing organization strongly preferred
