In this role, you’ll show your mettle as you find ways to uphold excellence and high standards in our preventive maintenance programmes and conservation practices. Working closely with the engineer, you’ll also monitor the Water treatment and STP projects, looking out for their quality and ensuring their timely delivery. Delivering complete and accurate facility management reports is another requirement that you must meet consistently.

The main assignment for the role is to engage with the client on their priorities and with the urgency to deliver results around environmental management across the PAN India portfolio, develop the team into the example within Intel JLL in the India and ensure sharpness and eye for detail and proactivity.

The scope will include IFM operations and PDS oversight and integration

Implement JLL CS Environmental strategic objectives and ensuring effective operational relevance.

Improved client perception and be reflected in the periodic vendor ratings. Manage and reduce risks across the account by providing guidance and advice on Environmental all levels. Identify improvement opportunities and support the account team in identifying practical cost-effective solutions and controls for environmental risks.

Manage account for incident and RCA investigations

The engineering structure is currently being transformed and developed into a more free thinking and accountable operating model, where the team are empowered to act and make changes, to take ownership of their role and their teams to drive change based on innovation and best practice, they will be fully supported by the account to enable and ensure they have the resources to achieve.

You’ll contribute to hitting financial targets and other goals set by the senior facilities manager, achieving key performance indicators, and meeting service level agreements.

Shaping a system of best practices

Your Environmental engineering prowess will be your tool kit for success. Managing on-site mechanical, electrical, plumbing installations and civil maintenance should be second nature to you. You’ll also be in-charge of preparing the list of critical spares for all installations based on the manufacturers’ recommendations.

On top of these, you’ll plan the maintenance inventory being carried out with our in-house teams. No machine failures of critical equipment should escape your sharp eye. You should, then, also be ready with a pre-emptive maintenance programme for these malfunctions to prevent the risk of sudden breakdowns.

You’ll also make sure that our logbooks, checklists and schedules are upkeep and current. From time to time, you’re expected to arrange ad-hoc M&E set ups based on the client requirements.

Mastery in the field

Managing Environmental / SME in water and its treatment for multiple sites across with a strong understanding of the CPCB, KSPCB, Environmental institutes. Executive influence with client

Management system development, implementation and auditing experience;

Experience of implementing environmental technology platforms and data management tools across multiple sites. Practical working knowledge of up-to-date tools and techniques within a real estate environment and management of risk across a complex multi-site property portfolio. Significant practical experience and successes of problem-solving environmental issues in a dynamic/diverse environment and implementation of risk control systems and processes. An agile approach to leadership and stakeholder management – able to operate effectively in a matrix structure.

A strong orientation to goals and measurable results. 

Should hold a master’s degree / Degree in environmental Engineering any discipline as a minimum qualification 10 years of experience in which at least 5 years in CPCB, KSPCB, environmental related institutes/ industries. Having ten years of experience in facilities management will also prove indispensable. Good English communication & interpersonal skills along with local language preferred

Good knowledge in MS office & mail communication. Team player & quick learner attitude
