ERP - Associate Consultant Jobs in Pune - AST LLC

We are actively looking for a talented Oracle Finance Functional Consultant to join our growing ERP practice. This is a full-time salaried position.

The ideal candidate has worked on Oracle Finance Functional consultant before and can anticipate what needs to be done rather than be instructed. These positions need leaders who can adapt, work in a very fast-pace, enriching environment and is looking for a career rather than just a job.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with clients or business users to thoroughly understand functional requirements to produce highly effective design documentation using best practice & standards.
• Gather, analyze business requirements and perform Fit-Gap analysis.
• Setting up the Fusion instances for finance modules with all required configurations.
• Identify and resolving process exceptions.
• Active participation in preparing various project documents – Solution design, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, SIT-UAT Test Scripts, Training materials & ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
• Work with technical for data loading both Master and transaction data.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Experience of 0-1 year in Oracle R12/Fusion ERP modules – FINANCIALS
• Oracle Fusion Cloud experience in: General Ledger, Budget, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, functional configuration, testing, client user training.
• 4-6 years of experience in multiple end-to-end implementations projects of Oracle R12/ Fusion Financials modules across industry domains.
• Good understanding of Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).
• Collaborate with the team to meet tight deadlines
