Must be proficient in accounting concepts such as COA, Ledgers, Companies, Journal and entire company accounting process.
Should be familiar with sales and purchases process in terms of accounting
Should be familiar with accounting process such as bank reconciliation, payments receivable etc.
Must be able to communicate their knowledge with strong speaking, writing and presentation skills.
Should have relationship-management skills like understanding different personality types, listening, asking the right questions, resolving conflicts, educating others and counseling clients.
Should be able to look beyond your own personal responsibilities.
Should help your co-workers solve their problems rather than simply reporting them to senior management, you'll be viewed as a team player.
