· 5+ years of expertise in testing methodologies, experience with standard QA and development tools
· Bachelors degree
· Ability to operate within short and long release cycles
· Exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
· Superior communications skills, both written and verbal; the ability to explain and present details to both technical and business audiences
· Understanding of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies and experience working in both environments
· Must be comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and able to manage multiple and/or changing priorities
· Experience with large scale multi country business solutions
