Job Description
- To be the liaison between the residents, staff, MC members and external vendors;
- To supervise plumbers, electrician and staff (housekeeping, STP operators) for upkeep of the premises;
- To supervise the staff and vendors for all supply & maintenance work contracts;
- To liaison with security supervisor and staff for all matters related to safety and security
- To monitor the external vendors and contractors to deliver to the contractual fulfilment and report to MC (Management Committee) the same.
- To maintain records of day to day expenses & receipts for the complete estate office including issue of invoices & payment of bills.
- To maintain weekly records of cheque payments in MS Excel; petty cash accounting in MS Excel after getting approval on spend.
- To maintain and update the database for access control for residents and staff including monitoring through Gatekeeper app and maintain reports for staff & visitor access.
- To communicate & update the residents through official email and ADDA app for all official communication regarding maintenance schedule notification as per the requirement of emergency and/or planned maintenance.
The role of the estate manager shall not be limited to the above mentioned areas but shall include all duties which pertain to upkeep of all services, utilities & facilities in proper condition and to take measures to mitigate all inconveniences which arise from time to time.
Candidate is expected to work on laptop with proficiency in MS Office.
Candidate who can speak Hindi in addition to Kannada and English is preferred.
