SPECIFIC SKILLS : Cost Estimation for Offshore Oil & Gas Projects
INDUSTRY SPECIFIC SKILLS: Offshore Oil & Gas – EPCIC Project experience. (Preferably international project/proposal experience with clients like Saudi Aramco, Total, Shell etc.)
ROLE DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ·Review of Tender Documents and participate in Bidding Strategy
- ·Preparation of relevant queries to be sent to Client
- · Interdiscipline (& Competency Centre) interaction & coordination for holistic estimation
- ·Liaise with consortium partner
- · Interaction with Finance Department for Tax (Direct & Indirect) implications
- ·Prepare base for cost estimation of EPCIC of received tenders
- ·Evaluation of all service enquiries / offers
- ·Preparation & Maintenance of cost database for inference
- ·Overall risk assessment of the project and its mitigation measures
- ·Cost Estimation for Offshore Oil & Gas Projects, Subsea Projects
- ·Review of Techno-Commercial offers and prepare Commercial Bid Evaluation
- ·Understand contractual terms and conditions
- ·Cost analysis & optimisation on basis of past project database
- ·Preparation of Cash-flows and Treasury inputs
- ·Preparation of Commercial Bid (Price forms – Priced and Unpriced and other submission docs.)
- ·Assist in preparation of WBS / CBS post award of project
