Job Description

Join us as an eTrading Oversight Analyst

You’ll contribute to eTrading oversight Book of Work activities to deliver continuous improvement of the global eTrading risk function

We’ll look to you to maintain an understanding and governance of eTrading policies, control guidelines and regulatory requirements for the bank

This is a fantastic opportunity to hone your skills by building a robust training, knowledge management and implementation model

What You'll Do

You’ll deliver effective support to management with oversight activities that will include producing analysis artefacts to help define eTrading Oversight controls. You’ll also collaborate and liaise with stakeholders to leverage capability across multiple global teams.

You’ll Also Be

Providing and analysing information

Coordinating activities, planning effective interaction with key stakeholders and accurately completing surrounding administrative activities

Making sure that all deliverables adhere to the agreed governance framework

Working with relevant stakeholders including first line of defence controls and technology to achieve eTrading Oversight control assessment and validation

Contributing to the regulatory monthly meetings

The Skills You'll Need

You’ll need a bachelor’s degree in a science, technology, engineering, mathematics subject or an MBA with a firm understanding of risk management principles.

You’ll Also Demonstrate

3+ years experience of strong business analysis skills

Project management skills, which will be an advantage

At least 2 years experience of e-trading, preferably algorithmic trading skills

Analytical, technical and problem-solving skills

Experience with algo trading, risk & control, or working with regulatory or first or second line of defence.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to productively liaise with senior stakeholders

Good people management skills
