Job Description

Conceptualize events for ScienceUtsav at malls and for corporates to engage kids aged 5-14
Help in the planning of the event and execution of the event
Follow the event checklist to be sure that all the pre-requisites are completed
Manage a team of part timers to conduct the event
Help in the coordination of workshops and programs
Be the point of contact for the internal team for all operations and material management related work
Take required approvals from clients for the execution of events
Coordinate with vendors to ensure the deliverables are up-to-date
Over all in charge / one point contact for all birthday parties in Bangalore
