Job Description

Coordinating with all Internal & External trainers
-
Arranging the logistics for the particular training.

Scheduling the meeting rooms according to the date confirmation from the Training managers
-
Updating employee attendance after the training session
-
Escorting the external trainers on their training dates
-
Maintaining the Weekly & Monthly tracker of training
-
Taking care of Online, virtual & WebEx training inside the IBM with proper availability
-
Coordinating with Facility people for cleaned training rooms with projectors of required
-
Keeping the required material before the training sessions
-
Updating the attendance in iPad tool for Data maintenance
-
Responding to the emails from educational Managers for training
-
Blocking the training rooms based on the request of managers
-
Attending the training rooms.
- Age Group: Only 18-30 Yrs.
- Note: Only Male candidates can apply.
- Salary Offered: 13000/-Take Home ESI + PF+ Insurance
- Interview Process: 3 Rounds of the interview- HR/ Operations & Client.
