Job Description
1. Assisting in research, organize and evaluate financial markets to determine topics for agenda construction and develop leads for speaker acquisition
2. Assisting in communication by phone and email with key industry figures to determine the validity of the proposed topic, sub-themes, timing and location
3. Assisting in research and analyze the feasibility of developing potential conference topics into viable events
4. Assisting in providing marketing and sales teams with highlights, briefs, sponsorship targets, and other information required to ensure event success
5. Ensuring an enjoyable experience for attendees/delegates and speakers alike
6. Identifying, inviting, and confirming appropriate speakers for conferences

Conference Producers identify topics for a conference through in-depth market research to write and produce a commercially viable conference program that will offer networking and knowledge transfer opportunities for paying delegates, sponsors, and speakers. Conference Production interns are responsible for their conference from inception to delivery. This includes working with all internal teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to ensure the success of the event.
