Job Description
- Our conferences are where the Josh Talks stories and ideas come to life. We are looking for a professional to head marketing, operations and partnerships for all Josh Talks conferences.
- We are looking for someone who can spearhead the launch of Josh Talks content in Different Languages. The role would involve understanding the Target Market, Conceptualising & Planning the Content Shoot and working on other aspects of the launch ie Partnerships, PR etc.
- Manage marketing, partnerships .
- Setting dates, and deciding new cities to enter.
- Look for venues and potential partners in each new city.
- Find student partners/ university partners in new cities to conduct events.
- Manage the campus ambassador program in each city.
- Lead the Josh Talks license program.
- Managing execution of the events with budgetary constraints.
- Ideal Candidate
- Great writing and speaking ability.
- Experience in planning / strategy is a must.
- Genuinely fond of listening to talks and attending events & conferences.
- Willing to travel and work at odd hours.
- Outgoing nature and you should be willing to talk to anyone- whether a college student or a CEO of a multinational firm.
- A sound understanding of digital media.
- Has a deep interest in culture, science, design and technology.
- ‘Get shit done’ attitude.
- Is excited about building/growing Josh Talks.
- Passionate about spreading great stories and ideas.
