Job Description: We are hiring for US/ UK Working Hours/ Shift
Resolve customer queries that a high standard of customer service is maintained.
Handling Inbound & Outbound calls Making follow-up calls and fixing appointments Handling customer queries.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Freshers & Experience candidate both can apply in customer service.
We want a Candidate who has a good command in English. (excellent communication in English)
Basic knowledge of Excel.
Flexible to work in a challenging work environment.
Result Oriented
Must be comfortable with night shift
Must be comfortable for Calling.
Good knowledge of MS-office & basic internet.
Major Duties and Responsibilities: Lead Handling Handle Telephonic Inquiries Must have Good Communication Skills.
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Salary: ₹12,000 to - ₹25,000.00 /month
Working Days- Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)
Location:- Surat.
