Job role:
- Min 3 mths of experience in recruitment. (Fresher can also apply)
- Should be excellent in communication
- End to End recruitment for Lateral & Leadership hiring for various positions at all levels.
- Sourcing of candidates through various sources like job portals like Monster, Naukri & LinkedIn.
- Interview Debriefing / feedback sharing session with Line Managers and employment agencies for Interviews
- Developing & maintaining MIS. Designation: Executive Talent Acquisition (Lateral & Leadership hiring team)
Nature: Contract (Extendable)
Job Shift: Monday - Saturday (11.00 AM 8.00 PM)
Salary: Up to 17K per month (Based on evaluation & relevant experience)
