Executive - Accounts and Commercial

Misc - Full Time - Gurugram, Delhi NCR

Description :

You will be a part of the core team and will be working directly with the founders.

You will get first hand experience of the highs and lows behind building a startup from scratch, and be part of a growing PAN India team.

Accounts - 1) Voucher Entry-Bank, Debit/Credit Note, TDS Deduction, Sales Tax, Service Tax, Journal Entries 2) Provident Fund etc. 3) Uploading monthly payroll inputs, processing payments towards deductions from salary 4) Accounting saving and verifying the details with the income tax calculations, verifying forms 5) Preparing monthly PF and ESI details of regular, preparing ESI half yearly returns 6) Handing Employee Payroll and related Compliances 7) Day to day entries of Purchase bills, Sales Invoice, Expenses voucher and voucher preparation etc. 8) Responsible for Bank Reconciliation (BRS), scrutiny of Ledger & releasing payments 9) Preparation of schedules related to closing of accounts 10) Maintenance of books of accounts in Tally 11) Banking Work as Cash Deposit & Cash Withdraw

Income Tax - 1) Knowledge of Company Income tax provisions and TDS 2) Handle all income tax and related statutory compliance works 3) Income Tax & TDS Return Filling as well as filling 4) Rectification of TDS, Online correction of TDS 5) Monthly TDS Deposit 6) Prepare/Generate Certificates like Form 16A/16, etc.

Indirect taxes - 1) Handle Sales Tax & Service Tax 2) Monthly Sales Tax Deposit 3) Control on Sales Tax Forms (ST-38 Inward-Outward, C Form) 4) Cenvat calculations and forms 5) Vat C-form, Vat D-1, D-3, C Form Issued to parties

Outside Handling - 1) Visiting the banks and regulatory agencies when required 2) Visiting branch office for necessary registration tasks and getting it done 3) Coordination with Sales Tax Consultants for Vat Returns/ I issue of forms / Annual assessment. 4) Coordination with CA for Annual Audit up to completion of audit. 5) Liaison with Government Departments and ensure compliance
