Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Updating appointment calendars and scheduling appointments/meetings
2. Sorting daily couriers
3. Maintaining administration and operation records
4. Greeting the guest/ customer at the office
5. Supervising the housekeeping department and preparing a list of inventories
6. Managing professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics
7. Coordinating complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives
8. Managing, coordinating, and arranging senior executives' travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination
9. Performing administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contact database
10. Maintaining professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercising discretion when interfacing with the business
