Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Act as the point of contact among directors, employees, clients, and other external partners
2. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
3. Manage the director's calendars and set up meetings
4. Research and conduct data to prepare documents for review and presentation by directors
5. Format information for internal and external communication (memos, emails, presentations, reports)
6. Take minutes during meetings
7. Screen/direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
8. Schedule meetings and appointments on time
