Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Anticipating, identifying, planning, and organising activities to ensure CEO Office functions smoothly
· Effective and efficient CXO and Inter-department Liaison - Zero slippages
· CEO Office Management (Dashboard, Calendar, Employee Communication etc)
· Driving Key initiatives where applicable
· Operational Items - Team Coordination, Project Tracking, Reporting etc.
· Followup on BD proposals send by CEO’s Office with Clients
· Manage CEO’s calendars and set up meetings
· Manage CEO’s travel and accommodation arrangements
Skill Requirements:
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Excellent MS Office knowledge
· Outstanding organisational and time management skills
· Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
Preferred : Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
