JD :

Email correspondence experience India and abroad.

Experienced in travel arrangements flights hotel international/local car taxi ola uber apps PayTM GooglePay etc.

Complete filing and paperwork expertise scanning and printing all types of machine large size/colour

Excel PowerPoint proficiency and ability to carry out telecom with any level of the person.

Only if strictly necessary rare case-Visiting outdoor places to survey before KM goes for accessibility wheelchair parking

important health-related works doctor clinic shoe tests and Setting up meetings/visits for KM age 65 years Stroke recovery patient with polio in right leg hence using Wheelchair or Mobility Scooter.

Visiting bank nearby and Andheri for work not more than 1 time in 1 month.

Ability to search interview and hire junior help/interns/little social media knowledge and work/LinkedIn and all others and to allot work and take work from juniors/runner boy/peon type worker.

Data sourcing surfing internet Research and Telecalling Inter-Department coordination.

Must know ZOOM calls and conferencing thoroughly well also Zoom recording and usage.

Maintaining contact details charts Excel sheets Databases.. workflow .. diary maintains..

Candidate with good communication skills, drafting emails can apply.

Proficiency in Shorthand or transcribing Google Voice to text apps like Dictaphone type via Mobile phone recording.

Female candidates prefered.
