Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties- On a regular basis the respective individual has to perform the following functions -
- Work from a respective construction site. This will change from time to time. Transport facility can be provided.
- Maintain daily cashflow report.
- Maintain and create daily labour report at site.
- Properly file and oraganise all reports, payment receipts, bank deposit slips, cash vouchers with respective bills.
- Create vendor accounts to understand vendor dues and payments made.
- Create purchase and work orders if needed.
- Maintain sales reports and charts.
- Follow with respective clients on Balance payments and receivables.
- Create monthly expense and sales reports
