Job Description
- Hands on experience of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Manages contacts using Outlook to conduct up-to-date database entry, tracks VIP relations and correspondence; facilitates relationships by familiarizing himself / herself with various life events (such as birthdays, and other major milestones).
- Provide help and support to MD in managing their regular and complex travel arrangements.
- Becomes familiar with the specific, detailed needs of MD and travel partners; creates consistent travel itinerary portfolios for reference and be available during travel times to quickly address any last minute changes or cancellations.
- Maintains confidentiality and uses a high degree of discretion
- Prepares for meetings including managing various logistic requirements like ordering lunch, booking conference rooms, setting up projector or video conferencing units.
- Providing administrative & secretarial support involving efficient handling of correspondence, managing documents, screening telephone calls & directing various queries to relevant departments.
- Travelling with Managing Director for Business meetings
- Coordinate internal and external meetings greets visitor/ arrange logistics for the meeting/ setting up meeting rooms, VC & Conference calls etc.
- Timely reminder of the meeting schedule.
- Great communication and intern personal skills
