Executive Assistant to President job recruitment in Society for Research and Initiatives for Sustainable Technologies and Institutions

Eligibility : The candidate is preferable to have previously provided secretarial support at the highest level in an organisation. S/he should be required to assist the President in office duties, managing schedule including his lodging & boarding while travelling, preparing calendar and updating him in advance of his appointments. The applicant should be a graduate or post graduate in any discipline with minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent writing & typing skills in English are mandatory. Incumbent is expected to be a hard worker with willingness to work over extended working hrs (day & night), s/he should be familiar with Project Management tools like MS Project, Smart sheet, Google Calendar, Asana etc.

Salary/Consolidated fee will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
