Operation Executive :

Continuously works for organizational process improvement, providing input to the team to refine processes and cater to new and emerging market opportunities
Interacts with walk-in client/customer and converts them to buy and use company’s products
Regularly follows up on inbound leads and sales inquiries
Responds to customer/client inquiries, suggestions, complaints and other details, by phone and email
Manages and updates all office accounts and documents regularly

Requirements:

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s in the any field.
Experience:1 to 2 years of related experience/ fresher
Reference and character certificates from previous employers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly growing business
Customer focused approach and ability to learn and adapt to needs and changes quickly
