Job Description
- 1. Excellent English communication skills and good soft skills (Ability to create good Vocal Resonance with the opposite member of communication). Having worked in some type of team lead in college or elsewhere.
- 2. Good written English skills
- 3. Good Knowledge in Excel and Word
- 4. Indicators of good discipline and followup skills
- 5. (Optional Preference) - Computer Science or Programming Knowledge
- 6.Outspoken and extrovert quality is must.
- 1. Building day to day reports required for team analysis
- 2. Followup for execution completion with every member of delivery and support
- 3. Maintaining execution Calendar and Plans
- 4. Assisting in building product feature documentation
- 5. Assisting in building product design maps
- 6. Maintain and Track Daily and Weekly KRA and Performance Report of every individual.
- 7. Assisting in building and executing optimized processes within the system.
