• We are looking for a competent Executive Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. 
• You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to executive’s working life and communication.
  

 Responsibilities

• Calendar Management for the Executive.
• Coordinating with Travel Agencies for Airlines & Railway bookings, Hotel bookings & Car arrangements for employees & guest.
  
• Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  
• Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence; speaking for the executive.
  
• Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
  
• Maintains and protects operations by keeping information confidential
  
• Complete projects by assigning work to other department; following up on results.
  
• Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.

• Proven experience as an executive assistant, senior executive assistant or in other secretarial position with C level leaders is required
  
• Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
  
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  
• Proficiency in English
  
• Exemplary planning and time management skills
  
• Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  
• High level verbal and written communications skills
  
• Discretion and confidentiality
  
• Graduation with additional qualification as personal assistant would be considered an advantage
