- Provide complete co-ordination support to the MD with departments internally & externally.
- Follow up timely execution of the meetings, assigned task, if required, giving reminder call/e-mail.
- Providing general administrative support as and when required and directed.
- Manage calendar, travel arrangements & documentation.
- Responsible for organizational functions and general meeting support.
- Making MIS Report. To maintain & update files and many more.
- Any other task as per MD Instruction and requirement.
- Graduate, preferably with Office Management/Secretarial course.
- Excellent computer skills &Follow, specially Excel
- Fluent in English .
- Not too far from the office location.
- Male and female both can apply.
- Experience :2 Yrs
- Salary:-Up to 25 K (Indicative as per current profile & package).
- Timings & working days:- 10:00 am and 6:00 pm , Mon-Sat
- Job Location-Mehrauli(South Delhi)
