Job Description
Location : Vaishali, Gaziabad (so only suitable candidates may apply)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage office work
- Should be able to work on internal and external office requirements as per the need
- Will be a direct source for all office related requirements.
- Required to travel if and when needed.
- Should be well practiced in Vendor Management
- Should be a support in day to day operational work.
- Managing Directors daily diaries, travel plans, appointments and meetings, emails etc.
Our requirements:
- Any Graduate / MBA fresher.
- Well versed with working on Word and Excel
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and willing to work on challenging opportunities.
- Willing to take new opportunities and flexible with office timings
- Should be ready to work on field and ready to travel
- Can join asap
