· Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
· Managing executives’ calendars and set up meetings
· Overseeing achieving Three E’s (Entertainment, Event Management and Engineering Society) main objectives.
Job brief
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and field tasks to support our company’s managers.
Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include getting clients, meeting monthly targets for 3 E’S. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
Responsibilities
· Work will be involving in 3E’S and has to perform on weekly/monthly based targets.
· Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
· Manage targets’ on week/monthly basis.
· Make 3 E’S Efficiently up-to-the-mark
· Getting investors/producers for our COH MEDIA on the field or off-field.
· Preparing weekly, monthly or quarterly reports and submit to mangers.
· Self-performance improving on a targeted basis.
· Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
· Take minutes during meetings
· Screen and direct phone calls and follows up with clients
· Organize and maintain the office filing system
Requirements
· Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
· Excellent MS Office knowledge
· Outstanding organizational and time management skills
· Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Discretion and confidentiality
· High School degree
· Diploma or certification is a plus
· Experience in sales, funding, Customer relationship, Event Management, Film making background will be an added advantage.
