Job Description
A newly created Wealth & Investment Management firm in BKC, Bandra is looking to hire an excellent Executive Assistant for its Senior Management Team. Candidates that can join immediately or within 15 days of offer letter will be preferred.
Job Description· Provide General Admin/HR support including greeting/meeting visitors
· Answering phones/ routing calls and/or taking messages
· Planning and scheduling calendar for senior management team including travel arrangements
· Filing and retrieving corporate documents, and reports
· Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
· Helping prepare for meetings / conferences and recording MoM (minutes of meeting) accurately
· Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
· Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing internal database.
· Opening, sorting and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence.
Requirements· Minimum Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of experience as a Virtual/Executive Assistant
· Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Power Point including other relevant softwares
· Experience scheduling and managing calendars of senior executives
· Effective communication and people friendly skills
· Ability to professionally talk, meet and host senior executives within and outside the company
· Previous experience in Corporate/MNC environment will be strongly preferred
· Occasionally travel domestically or internationally if required at any point in time.
